As with all third sector organisations Charter NI is aware of the challenge of delivering its mission within an environment that is increasingly competitive and requires a balance between ambition and resources. Having grown successfully as an organisation over the past 3 years Charter NI is committed to becoming more self sufficient while investing in the development of its key resource, that is its staff team and volunteers.

To undertake an annual audit of services
To establish a social enterprise arm
To secure new fit for purpose premises
To undertake an annual review of governance and structures
To invest in appropriate professional development
To develop a volunteering programme
To investigate and implement appropriate external quality management frameworks (e.g. IIP, NCDOS)
